Consent of Collection of Personal Information

[Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information] A. SWU University collects the following minimum personal information as a mandatory item at the time of initial membership to provide membership and various services. ◎ 교내구성원 : 아이디, 비밀번호, 이름, 생년월일, 메일주소, 휴대폰 번호, 성별, 가입인증정보 B. The following information can be automatically generated and collected during the service use process. =◎ IP Address, Cookies, Visit Date, Usage History, Subscription Certification Information D. Additional personal information collection may occur only to the users of the service during the service use process using the integrated account of SWU University. Member Management ◎ Individual identification, prevention of illegal use and unauthorized use of rogue members, confirmation of intention to sign up, handling civil petitions, forwarding notices, confirmation of intention to withdraw members 다. 통합계정을 이용한 서비스 제공 ◎ 교내구성원 : 학사·행정·연구 업무 서비스 [Duration of possession and use of personal information] The user's personal information shall be preserved for the period specified as follows according to the reasons for holding the information under Article 7 (validation period) of the SWU University Account Management Guidelines. ◎ 처리 개인정보 항목 : 아이디, 비밀번호 ◎ 보존이유 : 통합인증(SSO)을 통한 원활한 학내 서비스 제공 ◎ Preservation Period * 교내구성원 : 통합 계정 서비스 종료 시까지 [Right of refusal of consent to collect and use personal information] The user has the right to refuse to accept the collection and use of the required personal information and personal information automatically collected during the service use process when signing up as a member. However, the use of the integrated information system is restricted if the consent is rejected. Identity Management(ID Management) Guidelines

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this guideline is to establish procedures and standards for using integrated accounts in connection with the use of information services at SWU University. Article 2 (Qualification of Use) The members of each user group in the integrated account (hereinafter referred to as the "ID") are as follows:

Article 3 (Giving ID) ① In the case of individuals, one ID is assigned to each individual for integrated management. ② ID should be between 6~25 characters with letters(a-z), numbers(0-9), 3 symbols( .=- ). SWU will issue all applied students' ID unless if it is not duplicated. ③ Generated IDs are classified into user groups, such as in Article 2 paragraph 1, and their rights to use the information system by group/account status may be limited. ④ The Ministry of Information and Communication can collect the minimum personal information for the management of users, and the users are obliged to maintain the latest personal information. ⑤ Schools shall endeavor to protect users' personal information as provided by relevant statutes, such as the Information and Communications Network Act. Regarding the protection and use of personal information, the relevant laws and the school's privacy policy apply. However, the school's privacy policy does not apply to linked sites other than the school's official site. Article 4 (Procedure for application of ID) ① An application for ID shall be made on the Integrated Information System Portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal"). ② The public shall register basic personal information at the same time as the subscription. Article 5 (Password Change and Management) ① Change your password in Portal ② Password should be between 8~30 characters with numbers, letters, symbols, and should be changed every 3 months. 1. Should be minimum 8 characters of numbers, letters, and symbols. 2. Should not match User ID. 3. Do not use the same letter/number repeatedly 3 or more times in a row 4. Should not include date of birth, ID Card number, and phone numbers. 5. Auto Input of password prohibited. Article 6 (Duties of "ID" and "Password" Management) ① The user shall be responsible for the management of the "ID" and "Password" and shall not be allowed to use or be unique to a third party. ② If the user recognizes that the ID, password, and additional account information have been stolen or used by a third party, he/she shall take measures such as modifying the password, and immediately notify SWU University (administrator) and follow the instructions. ③ SWU University (administrator) may restrict the use of the ID in the following cases: 1. If there is a risk of personal information leakage, 2. If the ID is mistaken for the ID of SWU University (manager) or is likely to be mistaken; 3. Where the ID is used for purposes that go against societal or customs, or for commercial purposes; 4. In the case of not informing SWU University (administrator) or following the instructions received after notification, even though the ID was recognized to be used by a third party; 5. Where the ID violates current laws and regulations of SWU University; Article 7 (Effective Period) The validity period for each group of integrated account users is as follows.

Article 8 (ID change) ID change is not possible. Article 9 (Deletion and withdrawal of ID) ① Parents and ordinary people can withdraw from the group, and even if they do not, the account will be deleted two years after the date of final access. ② Other groups are not allowed to leave. ③ In case of violation of other 'Basic Guidelines for Information Security of SWU University', the user's account may be deleted without prior notice. Supplementary provision Article 1 (Enforcement Date) These guidelines shall enter into force on the date of promulgation.
